Good news! We offer FREE fast shipping on all ROKZIN orders NZ wide.
We also guarantee same day dispatch on all orders received before 3pm (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or after 3pm will be picked, packed and shipped the next working day.
Please be mindful that we are only human, so during sales and busier periods, sometimes these timelines get thrown off slightly - but at the very least, we guarantee your order will be on its way to you within 24 hours of ordering (for orders placed Monday - Friday). And for anything else outside of this, you'll be hearing from us personally!
All orders are picked and packed by us here in Hamilton and sent to you via CourierPost. You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can keep an eye on your order’s journey to you.
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. So if any items are damaged during delivery, they will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address. Please reach out to our Customer Support team at email@example.com and they will help resolve the issue.
We’re pretty confident you’ll love your new ROKZIN purchase but if there are any issues, we’re here to help!
Any brand new, unworn full priced watch can be returned FREE for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. If outside of the 30 days since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact our Customer Support team on firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process.
Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will arrange a pick up time with the courier company.
As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you are simply wanting to exchange your watch for another style or strap, we will liaise directly with you via email to seamlessly complete the exchange with you. Flick us an email at email@example.com and we'll take care of the rest!
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
