    Good news! We offer FREE standard shipping on all ROKZIN orders NZ wide.

    We also guarantee same day shipping on all orders received before 3pm (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or after 3pm will be picked, packed and shipped the next working day. 

    Yes you can, but once your order has been shipped, we won't be able to make any changes. So please contact us immediately at support@rokzin.co.nz if you need to make any changes to your order. You better be quick!

    We use a fraud filter here at ROKZIN to ensure everyone’s safety. Sometimes this filter can pick up orders where the customer has entered more than one credit card number to pay for their order. If this is the case, the order will automatically be cancelled. If this has occurred, we recommend that you contact us by emailing support@rokzin.co.nz so we can check it out and get your order re-processed.

    Our watches use the very reliable but affordable Citizen Miyota Japanese 3 Hand Movement ensuring we can provide you with awesome watches for less.

    We’re pretty proud of our straps. Can you tell? Each strap is made from official Horween® Leather all the way from Chicago and is even used in official NFL and NBA game balls!

    We chose Horween® Leather for our straps as it offers an unparalleled blend of quality, consistency, responsiveness and innovation. As the strap comes into contact with elements around you, the leather will develop a patina, or a dark lustrous sheen, making your strap unique and unlike any other.

    We found Horween® in our pursuit of quality materials that stand up to adventure. Not only were we after a material that was durable, but the vegetable-tanned Horween® leather also offers the unique properties to age and patina with wear.

    Our watches are curated with Horween® Leather - that will scuff and mark. If you always want a perfect finish, this is not the watch for you. But, if you are after the perfect authentic leather patina, ROKZIN is your answer.

    We use hardened mineral crystal for our watch faces that has been treated to protect against scratches.

    All ROKZIN watches have a water resistance of 3ATM. We like to advise our customers to avoid getting their watch wet at all as we do not cover water damage in the warranty. 3ATM means that your watch will survive splashes of light rain or water when washing your hands, but should not be worn in the shower or taken swimming.

    Each watch + strap combo you buy comes with an additional free strap of your choice. Just select it in the cart before you checkout. If you wish to purchase any additional straps on top of this, please contact our team at support@rokzin.co.nz and we will happily assist! 

    Care & Warranty

    We recommend that you take your watch into a jewellers or other service that changes watch batteries. We advise that you do not attempt to change the battery yourself as certain tools are required to avoid damaging the watch. ROKZIN warranty does not cover watches that have been damaged by changing the battery. 

    All our watches come with interchangeable straps to easily change your watch vibe - no tools required! Just follow these easy steps:

    1. Locate the quick release trigger on the back of your strap along the edge that connects with the watch face
    2. Use your finger to slide along the trigger which will release the strap from your watch
    3. To attach a new strap, simply slide the trigger in the opposite direction and click the new strap into the watch

    There sure is! ROKZIN provides a limited warranty on all watches (including its strap), which covers manufacturer defects for two years after the original purchase date. Put simply, if the mechanics of your watch aren’t working correctly and it’s our fault, we will replace the watch. The warranty will not cover products that have been damaged by you, so we advise that you take good care of your watch to ensure its longevity.     Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will arrange a pick up time with the courier company. We'll do our best to organise a time as soon as possible, but it may take a couple of days to coordinate.

    As soon as your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
